About the event
The European Parachute Symposium, is the only event of its kind in the European Union, where you will be able to meet exceptional jumpers, instructors and experts in our industry.
The 3-day event will unite the skydiving community in one place, and will allow you to exchange experiences, meet new people or plan overseas trips. During the event, 4 thematic tracks are planned: for Tandem Pilots, for Instructors, for Riggers and for content creators, while at the same time there will be presentations for all skydivers, panel discussions and much more.
In addition, there will be a “DZO Conference” organized by the USPA the day before the conference, and a USPA Standardization Meeting in the days immediately following the event.

This year’s edition of the European Parachute Symposium will be held for the first time in sunny Seville – a city with a unique atmosphere, rich history and unique charm. It’s the perfect location for skydivers – the renowned Skydive Spain zone is nearby, and the mild, warm climate during the conference is conducive to both jumping and industry meetings.
We especially recommend people who:

The day before the ESS there is a DZO Conference organized by the USPA. To participate, you must register on the website of this event. A ticket to the Symposium IS NOT a ticket to the DZO Conference.
No – this is a separate event organized by the USPA. We have our events one after another and in the same venue so it’s easier for everyone, but you have to register separately for this event.
In previous years, we provided live translation by interpreters. This year we plan to use a mobile application for live translation. More details coming soon.
Yes! In our agenda you can find presentation for beginners and for advanced. In the mobile app you can set up your on plan of the day by selecting seminars you want to attend.
Moreover… parties and other fun activities are for everyone, too. 😉
Some of the presentations might be interesting for you, but many will be too advanced if you haven’t jumped yet. However, you will find many DZ representatives and discuss with them your start in the sport.
Moreover, there are flight simulators in the Expo area, so you’ll get to fly even before your AFF starts!
Yes. During the registration, fill out the billing information. Please note that you will receive an invoice only after payment.

We usually publish the agenda for each edition about 6 months before the event.
No. Presentations are not recorded. Only your personal presence give you the benefit of all information shared during the event. You also get invitations to all additional events like parties and you have access to the Expo Hall.
Each person must have their own ticket.
If you want, you can buy a ticket for your +1 or only you can get only the invitation to the After Party (30 eur).
