ABOUT SYMPOSIUM


The European Skydiving Symposium is the biggest skydiving-oriented conference in CEE Region and the only conference of this size in Europe. We gather experts, members of the skydiving community, instructors and gear specialists from our industry. Our main objective is to increase safety. The expo is an addition to more than 40 safety-related seminars. It’s an event with a variety of presentations about safety, incident analysis, discussion panels debates, new innovations… and so much more.

The skydiving community gathered in one place, before the next season starts, is the best way to learn new things, revise safety procedures, meet new people or plan some skydiving adventures and boogies together.

The agenda is going to be published around late November, but we already planned a general track for all audience and 4 separate tracks for: Tandem Masters, Instructors, Riggers and DZOs. You can also expect discussion panels, rig packing race and an amazing after party in Aviator Club planned for Thursday.

The European Skydiving Symposium is taking place at Airport Okęcie Hotel.

It’s an extraordinary venue that meets the highest standards of big size conference (are we big?). For our Symposium we have one big conference room that can gather up to 700 skydiving enthousiasts. When it’s time, the room will be subdivided into smaller room with dedicated track: Instructors, Tandem Masters, Riggers or DZOs (each day there is going to be a different track). For our fantastic Sponsors we have 700 m square of marketplace area where all coffee breaks are taking place.

YES! In our agenda we have presentations for people who recently started jumping (first or second season), as well as for those who are already experienced skydivers or instructors. It depends on you and which presentations you want to see. In our special mobile application you’ll be able to create your own plan of the day. You can also choose which days you want to take part in.

For sure! A lot of the presentations will be very interesting for you and will let you know the specifics of the sport and gear. You’ll get to know a lot of people from our skydiving community, as well as meeting dropzone representatives. You will then be able to discuss your AFF and choose where to take the course.
Some presentations might be too technical or advanced for people who don’t skydive yet, but during these you can fly on parachute flight simulator in the lobby!

Yes. We provide simultaneous translation. Both Polish and English presentations are going to be translated by Aleksandra Sobczak, one of our skydiving friends! Thanks to her knowledge and experience the translation is going to be great!

Yes. In the ticket purchase process choose “Invoice” option and fill out your company data. We will send you the invoice within 7 days.

Yes. You can choose the 1-day, 2-day or 3-day ticket packages. During each day there are different presentations and different additional tracks.

Each day there is an All Audience track.

Additional track is different every day: 1st day for Tandem Master, 2nd day for Instructors, 3rd day for Riggers.

It’s very simple. Fill out a short form where you share information about what you want to present and what is your current experience in public speaking events.

We plan to publish the agenda around the middle of November.

We only accept wire transfer or PayPal payments. You can’t buy a ticket with cash when you arrive.

No. The real value is what speakers actually tell you from the stage. Slides are usually only a comment, background or bullet-point information. PDF alone, without a comment might be misleading which is the last thing we want in our sport.
